The Consultation
The Stager will review the interior and exterior of the home. The seller will be presented with a detailed list of recommendations. The seller will implement these changes and improvements.
The Fully Staged Home
The stager will implement these changes and improvements, and dress the home for sale.

MAKE AN IMPRESSION
The aim is to present the home as clean, organized, and well maintained.
- edit your closets
- rent a storage locker to store the items you want to keep
- repair or replace anything that is not in optimal working condition
FURNITURE
The aim is to create a sense of space in the rooms.
- remove all furniture that crowds the space
- discard outdated/worn furniture
- rent a few stylish pieces, in a scale sensitive to the space
- borrow/rent interesting artwork
IMPERSONAL WORKS BEST
The aim is for buyers to be able to envision themselves living in the home.
- remove all personal items, including family photos
COLOR
- refresh the interior and exterior with an interesting palette of neutral tones
